A. MANPOWER POOLING
NMC maintains a credible pool of ready-to-place workers preselected from private and public employment offices located in strategic regions of the country. If required workers are not available in its existing pool NMC renders executive search and head hunting to immediately source out the needed workers.

B. PRE-QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENT

These personnel who are recommended for possible overseas employment are meticulously screened and tested extensively. An overall assessment is based primarily on in-depth interviews focused on gaining deeper introspect of the candidates’ intellectual, psychological, and physical competence. Psychological and Intelligence evaluation are given considerable weight in selecting the right candidate. Credentials submitted are properly checked and verified. At least four (4) qualified applicants for every required position are then selected and recommended to clients for interview and selection.

Pre-qualification is based on the following:

1. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW
    * Personality Test
    * Communication Ability
    * Educational Background
    * Work-Related Assessment
2. IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW
3. PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION

C. FINAL SELECTION
Nation Manpower Corp. can provide our client’s representative with the necessary facilities and full assistance to make their final selection fast and efficient. When requested, we do the final selection of the required manpower on behalf of the principal employers, giving guarantee on the workers’ competence and capabilities.

D. TRADE TEST
NMC may arrange for skills testing designed to test and assess the actual skills as required by the principals, in close coordination with credible and accredited government and private trade test institutions.

E. MEDICAL EVALUATION

Selected personnel will be required to successfully complete the standard medical examinations including AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome), Blood Chemistry, and Drug Test if required by the clients. These assessments will be conducted in cooperation with the duly approved and accredited local hospitals and/or medical institutions.

F. DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES
NMC has in its employ competent personnel to process the required travel documents of selected workers. These documentation specialists personally monitor, coordinate with, and ensure the timely processing of the passport, Overseas Employment Certificates, Visas and other related clearances and documents.

G. TRAVEL SERVICE
Our efficient liaison officers can very well handle the booking flight confirmation and fi nal ticketing, and arrange for airport assistance to departing workers. Moreover, our clients will be provided of the travel itinerary of the workers at least three days prior to departure.

H. FOLLOW-THROUGH SERVICES
Nation Manpower provides the following support services:
- Regular communication with candidates for completion of documentation
- Up to date advise to candidates concerning their application status
- Provides in-house pre-departure seminars
- Courier service through departing workers
- Assistance to families for mails, emergency communications and advice
- Assistance to families and workers in remitting salaries back to the Philippines
- Assistance to vacationers/returnees in processing of their certificates and visa as    well as their airlines booking.
