Nation Manpower Corporation (NMC), a placement agency located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Ortigas Center, Pasig City, opened its doors to people seeking jobs in foreign lands on February 27, 2002. It was incorporated by the Dass Family as a business, headed by Mary Grace G. Dass as President and General Manager.

Nation Manpower Corporation was conceptualized with a vision to serve the people with a true human heart and competent assistance to everyone. It is staffed with highly experienced people, to ensure the employment of all applicants to their selected country of employment.

NMC first started deploying Professionals, Skilled workers & domestic helpers to Singapore & Brunei followed by Cyprus, Hong Kong Lebanon and Taiwan with full concentration on Architects, Interior and Graphic Designers, Engineers, Draftsmen, Nurses, chefs, Sales staffs, Waiters, Welders, Carpenters, Factory workers, Care Givers, Care takers and Domestic helpers. Here comes The Gulf Countries (Bahrain, Dubai and Qatar). We are currently supplying Professionals and highly skilled workers for construction projects such as Senior Engineers, Architects, Draftsmen, Interior and Graphic Designers, Top Sales Executives, Executive Secretaries, HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Welders, Steel & Aluminum Fabricators, Painters, Carpenters and General workers. With the wide range of supply and demand of Job Categories, NMC will soon to market and cater to more countries in The Middle East.

NMC extended its horizon to the west. The U.S.A. is the newest market in our list. Equipped with a network of professionals trained to meet American standards who have the qualifying expertise in locating and carefully selecting top caliber nurses who could stand up to the American Standard handling the tedious process of pre-screening applicants. Our reliable network of contacts with reputable local hospitals and educational institutions gives us access to top caliber nurses.

Nation Manpower Corporation holds its main office at the heart of the Ortigas Business Center in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This serves as the main headquarters where employers and principals can visit and with its welcoming setting, will surely make them feel at home and comfortable to do business.

NMC currently maintains two branches - one in Northern Luzon, and the other in Southern Luzon, strategically located to be able to have easy access to qualified technical skills and professionals nationwide. Soon, NMC will have its branches in the Visayas and Mindanao Regions.

We have positioned ourselves in strategic locations across the Philippines in order to recruit highly qualified technical workers and professionals which will be well suited to our clients’ manpower requirements.
