Nation Manpower Corporation arranges with
prospective candidates and set-up venue for job fairs
and interview. If a client wants a face to face interview
with the candidates, Nation Manpower Corporation has reputable
track record in planning a productive itinerary, coordinating
and assisting with accommodations and travel arrangements
of client’s representative, providing interview
venue in our Philippine office or elsewhere. Once candidates
have been chosen, we will coordinate an offer and acceptance
of employment and our legal department will commence immigration
processing.
All our candidates must be in possession
of the following;

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Degree from a reputable Nursing School in
the Philippines.

Credited license to practice as a
Registered Nurse provided by the PRC
(Professional Regulation
Commission of the Philippines), accompanied with
a current PRC I.D./Board of Nursing Certificate.

CGFNS Certificate.
We provide our applicants with assistance
for all their necessary exams in addition to providing
review packages for CGFNS, TOEFL, TWE, TSE, IELTS, NCLEX
and review for Critical Care and ARRTHYMIA exams. We coordinate
the Immigration process by providing assistance in compliance
with the Department of Labor forms, Department of Immigration
and Naturalization form, Visa Screen, Visa Processing
and consultation preparing the applicants for their interview
at the American Embassy in Manila. We also provide the
applicants with assistance in their preparation for the
NCLEX exam by arranging for them to attend a review class
prior to their exam in order to ensure their passing the
NCLEX upon their arrival. NCLEX exams are also offered
in Guam or Saipan or in Hong Kong and now here in the
Philippines for an additional fee.
The process from the time that we submit
the forms to the USCIS until its completion may take between
12 to 18 months.
The process for those nurses who have successfully
completed their training and in possession of their Certificate
for Critical Care Nursing and therefore qualified to enter
the US under an H -1B Visa could be processed in six months
time from the time that we submit the forms to the USCIS.
For those candidates who have not yet in
possession of CGFNS Certificate, we encouraged them to
sit for this exam in able to qualify as candidate. We
also helped them find a reputable review center aside
from providing them review materials.
